Welcome to my website!
I earn my living by doing call outs; helping you learn to use your computer, printer, scanner, etc. in the comfort of your home or office.
I can teach you how to use Facebook, Skype, Web surfing, Email, Word Processing, Speadsheets and more!
Let’s face it, that’s the biggest stumbling block to a beginner – the fact that no two computers have the same software installed or are set up the same way. Who wants to learn how to use a Cannon printer if you have an Epson? And what about Office? Some people use 2003, others have 2007, 2010, OpenOffice, LibreOffice, etc.
What good it is learning to use programs when the one’s on your computer are totally different? What often happens is that people will purchase a new computer or laptop, suddenly they have Windows 7, Outlook Express is gone and their faithful word processor has abandoned them. It can be daunting to have to relearn how to use a computer – but it is common place for things to keep changing.
“As long as you know someone who knows more than you, you will be fine.” I live by these words and often quote them to clients. I don’t know everything about everything (especially when it comes to cars), but I know a reasonable amount about computers and there’s a good chance that I can help you.
Maybe you don't know much about using a computer or you know someone that has this problem, there is help! I have students who at the age of 76 are using Word, Excel and the Internet on a regular basis. As long as you still have a good memory and am eager to learn you are never too old for a computer.
